From 2009 – 2014 if you ordered online from Pizza Hut, chances are you clicked a little green button that I designed. The extent of this project went far beyond simple design; we thought through every single scenario a user would ever encounter.The end result was a 15% increase in online sales, a 5% increase in conversion rate and a 5% increase in average guest check. A 2-year project that lead to a 5-year reign and billions in sales.
